The company has expanded its operations into the premises next door to its exciting operations on Milland Road Industrial Estate, Neath, South Wales. It has taken an additional 5,000 sq ft at the new building.
Alison Orrells, managing director of The Safety Letterbox Company said “It has been a positive couple of years for the company with demand for our products exponentially.
“The decision to increase the work space has allowed us to further invest in machinery and equipment to increase our capacity and cope with the next stage of growth. It also enables us to offer a quicker turnaround for the customer and demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement and the future of this business manufacturing in South Wales.
“Fortunately we have been able to expand into the premises next door so we do not have to split the workforce – this provides us with maximum efficiency. Additionally, adding more space for staff was becoming more of a necessity and this allows us to improve facilities. We have grown the team by 50 percent in the last five years and will be looking to grow it further over the coming years.”
